Terms of Service
Welcome to Untapped. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Untapped. We wrote them to be read, not buried.
By using Untapped, creating a profile, submitting a link, joining a waitlist, receiving match updates, or accessing any Untapped report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Untapped.
1. What Untapped Is
Untapped is a cricket analytics product.
We read cricket scorecards and turn them into batting profiles, match reports, patterns, tendencies, and style comparisons based on how a player has actually played.
Untapped is not coaching, scouting certification, selection advice, medical advice, legal advice, betting advice, or professional instruction. Nothing in Untapped guarantees future performance, selection, improvement, opportunity, or outcome.
A pro comparison means your batting profile has a similar shape to a professional player’s style. It does not mean you play at that player’s level, have that player’s ability, or will become that player.
Your training, selection, recruitment, team, and playing decisions are yours.
2. Who Can Use Untapped
You must be at least 13 years old to use Untapped.
If you are under 18, you may only use Untapped with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Untapped, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
If we learn that an account was created by someone who is not allowed to use Untapped, we may suspend or delete that account.
3. Your Profile Must Be Yours
You may only create, claim, or manage a profile based on your own match record, or a player profile you are legally authorized to manage, such as a child, team member, academy player, or client.
Do not claim another player’s profile as your own. Do not impersonate another player. Do not submit another player’s link in a way that suggests the profile belongs to you.
This is one of the few things we will always act on.
4. Your Account and Access
Untapped may identify your account using a device-based key, recovery link, login link, email address, phone number, or another access method we provide.
Treat any recovery link or login link like a key. Anyone with access to it may be able to open your profile.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. If you think someone else has access to your Untapped profile, contact us at support@untappedcricket.com.
We may update our login and recovery systems over time.
5. Your Content
Some parts of Untapped may allow you to provide content, such as journal answers, self-reported details, feedback, support messages, contact information, or other information you choose to add.
That content is yours.
You give Untapped permission to store, process, display, and use your content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support the product. This includes building your profile, generating reports, showing your history, providing support, and improving the reliability of Untapped.
We do not sell your personal journal entries or self-reported player information.
If you delete your account, your account data and personal content are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Match Data
Untapped uses cricket scorecards and match data published by leagues, clubs, scoring platforms, or other cricket data sources.
We do not control those sources. If a scorecard is wrong, incomplete, duplicated, missing balls, using inconsistent names, or incorrectly linked to a player, your Untapped profile may reflect that issue.
Untapped may verify, clean, or reject data before using it, but we cannot guarantee that every source record is complete or accurate.
If you believe your profile contains incorrect match data, contact us and we will review what we can.
7. Analytics, Ratings, and Reports
Untapped generates analytics from available data. These may include batting profiles, match reports, ratings, pro comparisons, pattern flags, phase reads, matchup reads, dismissal trends, pressure metrics, journal-linked insights, and other cricket analysis.
These outputs are informational. They are not final judgments of you as a player.
Some reads depend on sample size, scorecard quality, available ball-by-ball detail, and the strength of the data behind the pattern. Where a sample is too thin or the data is incomplete, Untapped may flag that, reduce confidence, hold back a verdict, or use a more general baseline.
Untapped may change, improve, rename, recalibrate, add, remove, or retire metrics over time. Your profile may update as the product improves or as new innings are added.
8. Pro Comparisons
Untapped may compare your batting style to professional players using cricket data from public or licensed sources.
A pro comparison is a style comparison. It is not an ability comparison. It does not mean you are as good as, better than, worse than, endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to the professional player shown.
Professional player names, teams, images, data, and references may belong to their respective owners. Untapped does not claim ownership over them.
9. Communications
If you provide an email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, or enable notifications, Untapped may contact you about your own profile and product activity. This may include new innings, match reports, profile updates, waitlist access, account notices, support replies, feature updates, or important service messages.
You can turn off optional communications from your Profile page or by using the unsubscribe option where provided.
Some account, safety, legal, or service-critical messages may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from optional updates.
10. Paid Features
Untapped may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, one-time purchases, team plans, academy plans, season passes, or other paid products.
If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before you purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want to renew.
Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the policy shown at purchase or required by applicable law.
We may change prices or paid features in the future. Changes will not affect a paid period you already purchased unless clearly disclosed or required by law.
11. Fair Use
Please use Untapped fairly.
You may not:
- scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Untapped data, reports, metrics, or analysis
- reverse engineer, decompile, probe, overload, attack, or interfere with Untapped
- use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated systems without written permission
- claim another player’s profile as your own
- use Untapped to harass, shame, threaten, impersonate, or misrepresent another person
- submit false, misleading, harmful, illegal, or unauthorized information
- bypass access controls, payment systems, rate limits, or security features
- use Untapped in a way that violates any law, regulation, league rule, platform rule, or third-party right.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if use of Untapped creates risk for the product, other users, or the company.
12. Support and Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or product comments, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
This helps us improve Untapped. It does not transfer ownership of your personal match data or private content to us.
13. Our Intellectual Property
Untapped, including its product, brand, design, interface, analysis engine, metrics, scoring systems, reports, text, visuals, software, databases, workflows, and other product elements, belongs to Newshore Online LLC or its licensors.
You may use Untapped as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or build a competing product from Untapped’s analysis, design, metrics, reports, or systems without written permission.
Your data and your content remain yours. Untapped remains ours.
14. Privacy
Your use of Untapped is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how deletion works, and what choices you have.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about how personal data is handled, the Privacy Policy controls for that issue.
15. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from Profile → Delete my account, if that feature is available in your version of the product, or by contacting support.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, history, reports, and personal content may not be recoverable.
Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, backup, or legitimate business reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Service Availability
We work to keep Untapped reliable, accurate, and available. But no online service is perfect.
Untapped may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or incomplete because of maintenance, data-source issues, software bugs, third-party outages, scoring platform changes, internet issues, or other causes.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Untapped at any time.
17. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
Untapped may rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, scorecard providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment processors, messaging providers, or public data sources.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
If a third-party source changes, removes, restricts, delays, or misreports data, Untapped may be affected.
18. No Warranties
Untapped is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newshore Online LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.
We do not guarantee that Untapped will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, secure, or always available.
We do not guarantee that any insight, rating, comparison, report, or recommendation will be correct, complete, useful, or suitable for your specific situation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newshore Online LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, selection outcomes, sporting outcomes, or reliance on analytics.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newshore Online LLC’s total liability for any claim related to Untapped will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid Untapped in the 12 months before the claim, or
- USD $50.
Some places do not allow certain limits on liability. In those places, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
20. Indemnity
If your misuse of Untapped, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or unauthorized use of another player’s profile causes a claim against Newshore Online LLC, you agree to defend and reimburse us for losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from that claim, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Ending Access
You may stop using Untapped at any time.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms
- you misuse the product
- you create risk for another user, player, league, platform, or Untapped
- we are required to do so by law
- we stop offering the product or a feature
- your use is abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unauthorized.
Where reasonable, we will try to explain why access was limited or removed, unless doing so would create legal, security, or safety risk.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Untapped evolves.
If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the product, by email, or through another appropriate channel before or when the change takes effect.
The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
If you continue using Untapped after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute must be handled in court, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
24. Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved faster by a real person than by a legal process.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally, unless applicable law allows you to proceed without doing so.
