A match is missing or a score looks wrong. Send the link to the scorecard — we re-read it from the source and correct the record.

I'm not getting WhatsApp updates. Check Profile → Contact: your number must be verified (you'd have entered a 6-digit code) and the WhatsApp switch on.

I changed my phone number. Update it on the Profile page — you'll verify the new number with a code and messages resume automatically.

I want my data gone. Profile → Delete my account, or email us. Details in the privacy policy.
